Recurring automated text messages from StrandVoice about a member's personalized hair care routine — wash days, treatments, moisturizing, scalp care and other scheduled steps. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
Example: "StrandVoice: Hi Maya, tonight is your deep-conditioning night 💧 Leave-in on soaking-wet hair after. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Enrollment happens only after signing in to a StrandVoice account. In Hair Passport → Stay Connected → Hair Care Text Reminders, a member enters her mobile number, picks her days, time and time zone, and actively checks an unchecked consent box, then taps Save Preferences. Consent is optional and not required to use StrandVoice. We record the date, time, wording and source of each consent.

Frequency varies based on the member's routine and the days she selects — typically 1 to 7 messages per week. Messages are never sent before 8 AM or after 9 PM in her time zone.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you'll get one confirmation and no further messages. You can also turn reminders off in your account settings.
