Account details you provide (such as name and email), content you share with Zara (messages, uploaded photos, voice input), routine and product data you save, and basic device and usage information needed to run the service.
To provide and improve StrandVoice, personalize suggestions from Zara, remember your preferences, send reminders you opt into, and keep the service secure.
Messages, photos, and voice input may be sent to trusted AI providers to generate Zara's responses, transcribe audio, or generate images. We do not sell your personal information.
We use vetted providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email, push notifications, and AI. They may process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
You can update your profile, delete uploaded photos, opt out of push notifications, and delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Account deletion removes your personal data associated with StrandVoice.
StrandVoice is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Please use a strong, unique password.
