StrandVoice ("we," "us," "our") offers Zara, an AI-powered virtual assistant that provides general educational hair care, routine-planning, product-organization, and beauty suggestions. StrandVoice is not a licensed cosmetologist, hairstylist, dermatologist, or healthcare professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use photo, voice, and personalized AI features. By using StrandVoice you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us right away of any unauthorized use.
AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for following product instructions, reviewing ingredients, and performing appropriate patch or strand tests before use. If you experience sudden hair loss, pain, sores, swelling, burns, allergic reactions, or other serious concerns, contact a qualified professional.
