StrandVoice ("we," "us," "our") offers Zara, an AI-powered virtual assistant that provides general educational hair care, routine-planning, product-organization, and beauty suggestions. StrandVoice is not a licensed cosmetologist, hairstylist, dermatologist, or healthcare professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use photo, voice, and personalized AI features. By using StrandVoice you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us right away of any unauthorized use.
AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for following product instructions, reviewing ingredients, and performing appropriate patch or strand tests before use. If you experience sudden hair loss, pain, sores, swelling, burns, allergic reactions, or other serious concerns, contact a qualified professional.

StrandVoice Hair Care Text Reminders are optional recurring automated messages about your personalized hair care routine (wash days, treatments, moisturizing, scalp care and other scheduled steps). You enroll only by checking the consent box in your account settings; consent is not required to use StrandVoice. Message frequency varies with your routine and the days and time you choose. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or turn reminders off anytime in settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
